30 Ways for Muslims to Encounter Christ
The primary way Islam is growing globally is through birth rate. The primary way Christianity is growing globally is through movements of the Gospel. Pray for these movements to flow through Bosnia and all Muslim lands.

“Nevertheless, the time will come when I will heal the wounds [of Bosnia] and give it prosperity and true peace“ (Jeremiah 33:6).
Today, we claim this promise originally spoken over Jerusalem. Lord, we declare: the time will come when You will heal the wounds of Bosnia. You alone can heal them. And we speak in faith over Bosnia: Lord, You and You alone will bring true peace and prosperity.
Praying for the Church
Pray that life’s difficulties will not distract believers in Bosnia from God’s purpose for their lives. Economic and work-related difficulties, social and societal pressures, plus the burdens of everyday life can weigh heavily. Pray for believers in Bosnia to place their burdens onto Christ.

Sedžada is the Bosnian name for special rugs Muslims use during prayer. Bosnia is unique in that it has a long history of weaving, so these rugs take on a special religious and cultural importance. If you have a rug in your home and if you are physically able, we invite you to kneel on it as you pray today. Pray for those in Bosnia and around the world who are kneeling on their sedžada, and pray they would find the God they are so earnestly seeking.
Claiming Our Hope in Christ and His Heart for the Nations
Ask that God’s word would spread rapidly throughout Bosnia, being honored wherever the word of God is shared. Pray that a sense of urgency would come upon believers, old and new alike, to share this gospel of the Kingdom with all. As the Samaritan woman in John 4 quickly shared with her village and introduced them to Jesus; Lord, may new people of peace spread your gospel message to new communities now, during this month, during Ramadan.
